Therapy With Me

Frustration, overwhelm, and confusion: do you find yourself using these words to describe your current situation in life?

College, jobs, friends, family, relationships, choosing a “forever” career – it can all be so overwhelming, right?

Your choices and behaviors can be confusing when you’re unsure of what your life’s purpose is supposed to actually be! Maybe you’re suffering from some depression or anxiety that leaves you feeling crippled and unable to make any real decisions.

It’s not secret that living as a twenty-something year old can be overwhelming – you’ve got to decide who you are, where you’re going, and when you’re going to make massive moves in your life. That’s a lot to have on your shoulders at one time!

But you don’t have to navigate those waters alone. Working with someone who can help you figure out where you want to go, who you want to be, and what you feel you’re meant to do here on this earth, you will notice a great shift in all aspects of your life!

With a speciality in providing guidance and support to an overwhelming time of your transition into “adulthood”, I use a unique hybrid of therapy and coaching that allows you to:

  • Understand the emotional reasons you are feeling dissatisfied, disillusioned, and confused

  • Set up and achieve your big goals

Working with me is different from working a therapist or a coach separately – I use my expertise in both fields to create a world where both practices co-exist. We will use psychotherapy techniques and tools joined with life and business coaching techniques and tools to help you see the results you never even knew you wanted (or thought possible)!

I want you to feel supported, guided, and excited in this special time of your life!

Your 20’s is a time of fun, adventure, and discovery – this is what you should be experiencing! My goal is to help you:

  • Figure out who you are deep down
  • Make decisions that actually feel good to you
  • Develop a strong sense of self and feel confident in who you are

So what is the difference between a therapist and a coach? I’m so glad you asked!

While there are many similarities, there are also a few differences that are key to note when searching for the perfect fit for your needs! Check out what Tony Robbins has to say about what a therapist and a coach does and which would be the best fit for you (and the best part is that you get both wrapped up into one when you work with me)!

It is my absolute number 1 goal to use my background as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California addition to my experience as a coach to help you experience real, research-based guidance and support that will give you actual tools and techniques that have been proven to work in all aspects of life!
